Heald College : Site Design
Heald is one of the oldest private colleges in the United States. Despite the informercial feel to their commercials, they are a reputable non-profit and have a clear vision on how they can help with vocational education. The interviews of their staff and students were positive, inspirational sessions, helpful in authoring the appropriate level of savvy for their website.

Stakeholder Interviews
A week of interviews were conducted with internal Heald employees, as well as prospective students to find out their decision making process surrounding vocational education.
Heuristic Analysis
Usability sessions were held with protoype versions of the redesigned website, used in an A/B comparison with the existing site, to test overall efficiency and ease-of-use.
Site Structure Diagrams
Organization of content around Heald's rich history (a century-old school!) helped validate the school as being repudiable.

UX Wireframes
Wireframes helped set up the visual design phase in communicating a clear navigation and layout for Heald's students to find suitable information around enrollment.
