Hewlett Packard : Site Design
Hewlett-Packard is a legacy company within the Silicon Valley. Their business was very heavily slotted into Consumer / Business / Enterprise categorization. Unfortunately, this is not the way visitors to their website think of their own process. The challenge of this project was to get HP to see a more user-centric way of thinking.

Process Flows
HP had ingrained into their collective heads the need for navigation on the website to reflect their corporate structure. Efforts were (futily) made to adapt a more user-centric strategy.
Site Structure Diagrams
The sitemaps provided another opportunity to recommend to HP that they focus on the products themselves, not whether a Small / Medium / Semi-Large business size categorization was needed.
UX Wireframes
Wireframes were a page-level battle in trying to have HP restrategize the delivery of their product offerings. Five difference interaction models were presented of their homepage.
