Heuristic Analysis
GSNAP's product offering is unique with the collaboration model differentiating by a real-time scorekeeping component. However, this presented complexity in finding a interaction model to provide a usable application.

The different permission roles for the different users of this site allowed for a number of different process flows thorugh the Event creation and participation process.

Helped the intial assessment of scope for redesign of the site, which included the registration and event sections of the site.
