The California branch of the national AAA contracted Gauge Design through G2 for user experience assessment on several pages within their subscriber portal. This involved reassessment of content prioritization and legibility improvements.

Site Structure Diagrams
Understanding which pages within the greater AAA site was necessary to identify the cross-linking and content dependencies for the project.
UX Wireframes
AAA had never seen wireframes before. This deliverable was a lesson in proper methodology for site design and helped identify any content issues up front.
Design Comps
These comps showed a more open, lighter page for AAA - one that gave confidence for the driver to research voerage and purchase options.
